Shape how our products look, feel and behave - from the first whiteboard sketch through to a design system engineers can build from.
Beeva is the product team behind ambitious software - AI MVPs, streaming platforms, blockchain integration and cloud systems. This is a hybrid full-time position based in Hybrid - Lisbon, Portugal.
What you'll do
- Take product problems from research and discovery through to shipped, polished interfaces.
- Build and maintain design systems in Figma that survive contact with a real codebase.
- Prototype interactions and pressure-test them with real users before we build them.
- Pair with engineers through implementation - you own the result, not just the mockup.
- Bring a point of view to product strategy; we want a designer who argues, not one who decorates.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years designing digital products, with a portfolio that shows the thinking and not just the final screens.
- Fluent in Figma, including components, variables and auto-layout at scale.
- You understand the front-end well enough to know what is cheap and what is expensive to build.
- Experience running usability tests and folding what you learn back into the work.
- Based in or able to commute to Lisbon two days a week.
