Design and ship production systems end to end - TypeScript, React, Node and cloud infrastructure - on products that go live in weeks, not quarters.
Beeva is the product team behind ambitious software - AI MVPs, streaming platforms, blockchain integration and cloud systems. This is a remote full-time position based in Remote - Europe or Americas.
What you'll do
- Lead delivery on a client product from architecture through to launch and the first months of scale.
- Write the code you design: React and Next.js on the front, Node and Postgres on the back, deployed on AWS or GCP.
- Set the technical bar - reviews, tests, observability - and hold the team to it without slowing it down.
- Work directly with clients: run technical discovery, explain trade-offs, and say no when no is the right answer.
- Mentor mid-level engineers and help us hire the next ones.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years building and operating production web applications, at least two of them with TypeScript.
- Deep React and Node experience, plus real familiarity with relational data modelling.
- You've owned something in production: CI/CD, monitoring, incidents, the lot.
- You can hold a design conversation with a designer and a scoping conversation with a founder.
- Bonus: AI/LLM integration, streaming media or blockchain work in production.
