Healthcare software carries a weight most products don't: real people, sensitive data and rules that exist for good reason. MediKind needed a telehealth platform where security and compliance were built in from the start rather than bolted on - and where the experience stayed calm and clear for a patient who may be anxious and a clinician who is short on time.
A telehealth platform has to protect patient data, satisfy compliance, and still feel effortless to people who aren't thinking about any of that - they just want to see a doctor. MediKind needed all three at once: secure, compliant, and genuinely easy on both sides of the visit.
